Acquiloom: Turning Scattered Signals Into a Clear Next Move

Finding clients usually starts with a familiar mess: browser tabs, spreadsheets, notes, contacts, drafts, reminders, and one very optimistic column called “next step.”

At Bitsol, we were already using ChatGPT to research organizations that could benefit from ArchiHUB and our Digital Savoir-Faire services.

The research was useful.

Moving everything into spreadsheets was not.

And Acquiloom was born.

So, for the OpenAI Build Week Hackathon, we decided to turn that problem into a product.

What is Acquiloom?

Acquiloom is an intelligent workspace for discovering potential clients, researching real opportunities, organizing outreach, and managing the relationship that follows.

It brings the entire process into one place:

  • Define your organization and services.
  • Create focused acquisition campaigns.
  • Discover potential prospects.
  • Research why they may be a good fit.
  • Review the evidence and sources.
  • Save the strongest opportunities.
  • Manage contacts, emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Ask the agent to help update the relationship and recommend the next move.
  • The user always stays in control, reviewing which prospects are saved and approving the actions suggested by the agent.

Built with Codex and GPT-5.6

The main tools that brought Acquiloom to life were Codex and GPT-5.6.

Codex helped us move from idea to working product: architecture, interface, database, business workflows, validation, testing, documentation, and security rules.

Inside the application, GPT-5.6 powers the Acquiloom agent through the OpenAI API, supporting prospect discovery, research, contextual analysis, and relationship management.

This was not just AI added at the end.

AI was part of both the construction process and the product itself.

Why “Acquiloom”?

The name combines two ideas:

  • Acquisition, because the goal is to find and develop real opportunities.
  • Loom, because an opportunity is never just one piece of information.

It is woven from:

  • The right organization.
  • A real need.
  • A relevant service.
  • The right contact.
  • Reliable evidence.
  • The right message.
  • The right follow-up.

Acquiloom connects those threads and turns them into a clear next move.

Built from a real Bitsol need

Acquiloom did not begin as a hypothetical startup idea.

It came from our own work.

We were researching possible clients with ChatGPT, but transferring the results into Excel files was slow and disconnected. When OpenAI Build Week appeared, we decided to transform that internal workflow into something more useful.

A hackathon deadline, a real problem, Codex, GPT-5.6, and probably too much coffee did the rest.

Acquiloom is artificial intelligence with context, traceability, and human control.
