The platform integrates essential digital archiving functions such as cataloging, metadata management, hierarchical organization, and multi-format compatibility, along with advanced automation tools like automatic transcription, image segmentation and tagging, information processing with text models like GPT, and intelligent analysis of data from multiple sources, from video surveillance cameras to temperature and humidity sensors.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
General support This package includes all the support needed for the migration, adjustments, data cleaning and deployment of the application. This installation can be done either on the client's infrastructure or in the cloud. The maintenance of the application in this infrastructure is included as well as the support for the plugins that are implemented on the platform and are of our authorship. For example: automatic transcription, inventory generation, NER and image segmentation. These last two do not include model training.

This package includes loading the missing information as well as updating what is missing.
Data analysis with AI models tailored to the information This package includes data cleaning, training material generation, model training and fine-tuning from Colonia or any other fund that the client considers. The corrected model is delivered to the tool for future processing.

This package may include the training of an AI model focused on Colonia documents or any other fund that the the client can later decide whether to make it public or use it internally as often as desired on the Archihub platform.
Personalized visualization interface Archihub has an advanced administration interface that allows all necessary management and cataloging tasks. However, it is possible to develop a public or private access page for information consultation. This development will be done either in WordPress or a Javascript application according to the client's needs.
Cloud processing Infrastructure can be offered for document bulk processing so that the the client does not have to implement GPU infrastructure.
