ArchiHUB

ArchiHUB represents a new generation of archiving and information systems where memory is seen as a dynamic, collaborative and tech-driven process.

Today, the platform is already being used by institutions such as the Colombian National Archives and other organizations working to preserve, manage, and activate their documentary heritage.

It doesn’t just organize information. It brings it to life, connects it, and puts it in the hands of those who make decisions, tell stories or preserve a community’s memory.

What is ArchiHUB?

ArchiHUB is an open source Colombian platform designed to manage, organize, and explore digital archives and memories in a flexible, diverse, and collaborative way. Its purpose is to strengthen information and memory ecosystems, whether institutional, community-based, or corporate, by avoiding technological dependencies and empowering each organization to sustain and grow its own system into the future.

The platform combines essential archiving features such as cataloging, metadata management, hierarchical organization, and support for multiple file formats with advanced AI tools for transcription, image tagging, content analysis, and automated data processing.
